Toronto's Newest Comics Anthology
Pulping is a comic book anthology conceived and edited by Jenn Woodall, Jon Iñaki, Mitch Lohmeier, Paterson Hodgson and myself — all of whom contributed new work to the collection.
Volume 1 is 144 pages of comics on the theme of comics — reading, making or selling them, or the impacts of sequential art on the world, big or quiet and features 35 artists who are living and working in and around Toronto, Ontario.

Pulping 1 debuted at Toronto Comic Arts Festival 2024 and was officially released at Houndstooth on June 8th, 2024. 20+ contributors read comics live to a crowd of over 100 comics lovers.

Pulping was awarded Outstanding Anthology at the Ignatz Awards during the 2024 Small Press Expo in Bethesda, Maryland. Sami Alwani's contribution "The Happy Art" also won in the Outstanding Story category.
